THE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS SET FORTH HEREIN ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE FOR
THE ORDERLY CONDUCT OF RACING EVENTS AND TO ESTABLISH MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCH EVENTS, AND BY PARTICIPATING IN THESE EVENTS, ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE COMPLIED WITH THESE RULES.
COMPETITIVE RACING CAN RESULT IN INJURY AND/OR DEATH TO THE PARTICIPANT. NO
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF,
OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES, AND/OR REGULATIONS. THEY ARE INTENDED AS A
GUIDE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE SPORT, AND
THE PROMOTER SHALL BE EMPOWERED TO PERMIT MINOR DEVIATION FROM ANY OF THE
SPECIFICATIONS HEREIN, OR IMPOSE ANY FURTHER RESTRICTIONS, THAT IN HIS
OPINION DO NOT ALTER THE MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE REQUIREMENTS. NO EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF
SPECIFICATION. ANY INTERPRETATION OR DEVIATION FO THESE RULES IS LEFT TO THE
DISCRETION OF THE OFFICIALS. THEIR DECISION IS FINAL.

GOLF CARTS, MULES, ETC.

ON THE PREMISES!!
ALL AFTER MARKET FUEL CELLS MUST HAVE A
FLAPPER DEVICE TO PREVENT FUEL FROM LEAKING IN CASE OF A ROLLOVER AND LOSS
OF FUEL CAP.
ANYONE ENTERING THE RACETRACK PREMISES DOES SO AT HIS/HERS OWN RISK.
EVERYONE ENTERING THE PIT GATE MUST PERSONALLY SIGN A RELEASE. THE INSURANCE
CARRIER MAY DETERMINE THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS.
THE TRACK OFFICIALS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRANCE TO ANY CAR, DRIVER,
OWNER, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR PERSONS TO THE PIT AREA, INFIELD OR GRANDSTAND
AREA.
DRUGS/ALCOHOL
ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE CONSUMED IN THE PIT AREA
BY ANYONE BEFORE AND DURING THE RACE PROGRAM. THE RACE PROGRAM WILL END
AFTER THE LAST RACE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND ALL CARS HAVE LEFT THE RACING
SURFACE. EXCEPTIONS TO THE END OF THE RACE PROGRAM WILL BE POSTED AND TRACK
OFFICIAL WILL NOTIFY ALL PERSONNEL AT THE RACETRACK. THE
INSURANCE
1.
THE MANAGEMENT WILL CARRY INSURANCE. NO CLAIMS WILL BE PAID FOR ANY INJURIES
UNLESS THESE INJURIES ARE REPORTED BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES ON THE DAY OR
NIGHT THE INJURY OCCURRED. THE TRACK MANAGEMENT WILL FILE THE INITIAL CLAIM.
AFTER THE CLAIM IS FILED, IT BECOMES THE INDIVIDUAL’S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILL
OUT PAPERS AND FORMS AND SEND ALL BILLS TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
2.
INSURANCE REGULATIONS FORBID ANYONE UNDER 14 YRS OLD WITHOUT TRACK APPROVAL
FROM RIDING IN A RACE CAR AT ANYTIME.
3.
NO ONE SHALL CLAIM ANY DAMAGES AGAINST A
PROTEST
1.
IMCA CLASSES REFERENCE IMCA RULES. PROTESTS MUST BE FILED WITH THE TECH
OFFICIAL PRIOR TO THE START OF THE FEATURE RACE FOR EACH CLASS WITH
REASONABLE TIME
2.
PRIOR TO A PROTEST ANY CAR FOUND TO BE ILLEGAL BY TRACK OFFICIALS
DURING THE HEAT RACES MAY CHANGE THE ILLEGAL PART. ANY CAR FOUND ILLEGAL
DURING THE FEATURE RACE WILL FORFEIT ALL POINTS AND MONEY FOR THAT NIGHT’S
RACES.
SUSPENSION / DISQUALIFICATION
THE MANAGEMENT WILL GIVE ANY PARTICIPANT STARTING A FIGHT, OR CONDUCTING
THEMSELVES IN A MANNER DETRIMENTAL TO THE
FLAGS / SIGNALS
1.
A BLACK FLAG IS A SIGNAL TO THE DRIVER THAT HE HAS A PROBLEM. THE DRIVER
MUST PROCEED TO THE RED/YELLOW AREA WHERE HE WILL BE INFORMED OF THE
NATURE/REASON FOR THE BLACK FLAG. THE FLAGMAN HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ASSESS
TRACK PENALTIES AT HIS OWN DISCRETION.
2.
ANY DRIVER DISREGARDING A BLACK FLAG MORE THAN TWICE IN A RACE MAY BE
DISQUALIFIED, RECEIVE NO WINNINGS FOR THAT EVENT AND SUSPENDED FOR THE
REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT. DISQUALIFICATION OF A DRIVER COULD RESULT IN A
DISQUALIFICATION OF THE CAR HE IS DRIVING FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT.
3.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER A RACE FROM THE PIT AREA AFTER THE GREEN
FLAG HAS DROPPED.
4.
A GREEN/ YELLOW LIGHT
WILL BE USED IN THE EVENT OF A SITUATION WHERE CAUTION IS NEEDED TO ALERT
ALL DRIVERS. RACE WILL CONTINUE UNDER GREEN /YELLOW.
5.
IN THE EVENT OF A RED
FLAG/LIGHT, ALL CARS MUST STOP AS
SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONCE THE CARS ARE REALIGNED AND MOVED OUT ON THE PARADE
LAP, ANY CAR NOT IN THE LINEUP WILL GO TO THE REAR OF THE FIELD. CARS MAY
RE-ENTER THE RACE AFTER ENTERING THE RED/YELLOW AREA AND COMPLETING REPAIRS.
ANY CAR ENTERING THE PIT PARKING AREA AND ATTEMPTING TO RETURN TO THE RACING
SURFACE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. NO WORK CAN BE DONE ON A RACECAR DURING A RED
FLAG.
6.
A YELLOW FLAG WILL BE USED TO CLEAR THE TRACK OF MINOR ACCIDENTS. ANY CAR
INVOLVED IN A YELLOW FLAG WHICH ENDS UP STOPPED ON THE TRACK OR NEEDS
ASSISTANCE WILL BE PUT TO THE REAR OF THE FIELD AS DETERMINED BY THE
FLAGMAN. UNDER A YELLOW FLAG CONDITION, ALL CARS MUST REDUCE THEIR SPEED
TO A SLOW PACE AND FALL IN TO POSITION WITH NO PASSING.
THE OFFICIAL LINE-UP WILL BE THE LEADER ALONE ON THE FRONT ROW AND ALL
TRAILING CARS ALIGNED TWO ABREAST DETERMINED BY THE LAST COMPLETED LAP UNDER
THE GREEN FLAG.
7.
CARS CAN NOT ENTER THE RED/YELLOW DURING THE HEAT RACES. CARS MAY
ENTER THE DESIGNATED RED/YELLOW AREA AT ANY TIME DURING A FEATURE EVENT. BY
ENTERING THE RED/YELLOW WORK AREA ON A YELLOW FLAG CONDITION, THAT DRIVER
FORFEITS THEIR RESTART POSITION AND MUST GO TO THE REAR. CARS CANNOT GO TO
THEIR TRAILER AND RETURN TO THE EVENT.
8.
ANY IDENTIFIABLE PART FALLING OFF OF A RACE CAR CAUSING A YELLOW FLAG WILL
RESULT IN THAT CAR GOING TO THE REAR.
9.
AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OFFICIALS, ANY SINGLE CAR CAUSING A YELLOW FLAG IN
AN EVENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE RACE AND SCORED AT THAT POINT.
10.
THE FLAGMAN HAS THE AUTHORITY TO START ANY EVENT WHETHER ALL CARS CALLED TO
THE TRACK ARE READY OR NOT. CARS THAT DON’T TAKE THEIR POSITION WHEN CALLED
GO TO THE REAR. FLAGMAN MAY DECIDE TO REALIGN SINGLE FILE RESTARTS.
DRIVER / CAR CHANGE
1.
ANY DRIVER WHO CHANGES
CARS WILL START ON THE BACK OF THE EVENT FOR WHICH THAT DRIVER QUALIFIED.
DRIVER RETURNING TO THEIR ORIGINAL CAR WILL START ON THE BACK OF THEIR
SCHEDULED EVENT.
2.
ANY DRIVER CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFYING
PURSE
UNOFFICIAL RESULTS WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE AFTER EACH EVENT. IF NO DISPUTE OF THE FINISHING ORDER HAS BEEN
MADE WITHIN 30 MINUTES, RESULTS BECOME OFFICIAL. DRIVER OR OWNER SHOULD
PICKUP WINNINGS WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ANNOUNCING THE OFFICIAL RESULTS OF THE
LAST EVENT OF THE NIGHT. INDIVIDUAL PICKING UP PURSE MONEY MUST SIGN THEIR OWN NAME LEGIBLY.
INDIVIDUAL PICKING UP ANY PURSE MUST VERIFY THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THAT
ENVELOPE BEFORE LEAVING THE FRONT GATE PIT WINDOW. NO EXCEPTIONS!
MONEY NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE FOLLOWING
WEEK’S RACES. PURSE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN A FOUR WEEK PERIOD WILL BE
FORFEITED AND DONATED BACK TO THE TRACK.
TRACK OPERATIONS
1.
THE ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED ON THE RACETRACK AND INFIELD DURING EVENT ARE RACING
OFFICIALS UNLESS REQUESTED TO ASSIST FOR SOME SPECIAL REASON. DRIVERS MAY
SEEK
2.
A CAR CANNOT COMPETE IN TWO CLASSES DURING THE SAME NIGHT.
ENGINE CLAIMS
1.
THE TECHNICAL INSPECTOR
WILL OVERSEE ALL ENGINE CLAIMS. HIS RULINGS ARE FINAL. NO DRIVER MAY CLAIM
UNLESS HE HAS COMPETED AT THE TRACK THE TWO PREVIOUS RACE EVENTS.
2.
A CAR/DRIVER THAT WANTS TO CLAIM MUST REMAIN ON THE RACING SURFACE
AND MOVE TO CLAIM AREA IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE RACE. DRIVER WANTING TO
CLAIM TAKES THE CHECKERED FLAG AND MUST NOT PASS FLAG STAND/ FINISH LINE A
SECOND TIME. DRIVER MUST HAVE A CLAIM CARD/LICENSE AND EXACT MONEY IN HIS
POSSESSION DURING THE RACE. ANY QUESTIONABLE AREAS, IMCA RULES APPLY.
3.
DRIVERS THAT ALLOW THEIR ENGINE TO BE CLAIMED WILL HAVE THEIR CARS
IMPOUNDED BY THE TECHNICAL INSPECTOR. NO WORK WILL BEGIN UNTIL CLEARED THE
TECHNICAL INSPECTOR.
4.
ENGINES WILL BE PULLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
5.
THE DRIVER/OWNER AND THREE INDIVIDUALS FROM THE CAR WITH THE ENGINE
BEING CLAIMED, ONE PERSON FROM THE CAR MAKING THE CLAIM AND ONE WRECKER CREW
ARE THE ONLY NON-TRACK OFFICIALS ALLOWED IN OR NEAR THE GENERAL VICINITY OF
THE CLAIM/WORK AREA.
6.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE CONSUMED IN THE WORK AREA.

$425.00 CASH CLAIM ON ENGINE, $25.00 GOES TO WRECKER FOR PULLING
ENGINE.

HAVE 5 MINUTES TO MAKE A DECISION.

ONLY A DRIVER MAY CLAIM AN ENGINE AND ONLY THE
DRIVER MAY AGREE TO SELL, SWAP,
OR REFUSE TO SELL ENGINE. ONLY THE DRIVERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLAIMING AREA.
UPON PRESENTATION OF THE CLAIM, THE CLAIMED DRIVER
MAY:
1.
REFUSE TO SELL OR SWAP ENGINE. (
2.
ACCEPT THE CLAIM FEE AND SELL ENGINE.
3.
REQUEST TO CLAIM CLAIMANTS ENGINE/(SWAP):
WHEN THIS OCCURS, BOTH DRIVERS SIMPLY SWAP ENGINES. NO
MONEY CHANGES HANDS. THE DRIVER MAKING INITIAL CLAIM MUST PAY THE
WRECKER ($50.00) FOR BOTH ENGINES
I.
FIRST REFUSAL TO SELL/SWAP RESULTS IN FORFEITURE
OF ALL CASH AND CONTINGENCY WINNING FOR THE FEATURE, AND TROPHIES EARNED IN
THE FEATURE, PLUS ALL POINTS EARNED FOR THE SEASON. ANY DRIVER/OWNER
REFUSING TO SELL OR SWAP UNDER A LEGAL CLAIM ALSO LOSES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM
AN ENGINE FOR 12 CALENDAR MONTHS. (REGARDLESS OF REINSTATEMENT) THE FIRST
REFUSAL TO SELL WILL ALSO RESULT IN A 14 CALENDAR DAY SUSPENSION FROM THE
DATE OF REFUSAL AND UNTIL A $300 FINE IS PAID TO THE TRACK. THE SECOND
REFUSAL TO SELL WILL RESULT IN A 30 DAY SUSPENSION AND A FINE OF $500, PLUS
ALL CASH AND CONTINGENCY EARNED AS WELL AS ALL POINTS EARNED FOR THE YEAR,
AND LOSING RIGHT TO CLAIM AN ENGINE FOR 12 CALENDAR MONTHS.
J.
ALL CLAIMED ENGINES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CAR AT THE TRACK.
K.
ANY SABOTAGE OR ATTEMPTED SABOTAGE WILL RESULT IN THE SABOTEUR BEING
SUSPENDED FROM COMPETITION FOR 21 CALENDAR DAYS OR UNTIL A $500 FINE IS PAID
TO THE TRACK.
M.
NO DRIVER MAY CLAIM MORE THAN FOUR ENGINES IN ONE REGULAR RACING SEASON
N.
AFTER THE ENGINE IS CLAIMED THE ENGINE WILL NOT BE RESTARTED. THE CAR
MUST BE PUSHED ONTO THE CLAIM PAD.
ANY QUESTIONABLE
AREAS, IMCA RULES APPLY.
NOTES:
1.
POINT CALCULATIONS FOR ALL CLASSES WILL BE CALCULATED USING THE
CURRENT IMCA POINT SYSTEM, EXCEPT TWISTERS.
2.
EXCEPT IN RARE INSTANCES, DECISIONS OF TRACK OFFICIALS ARE FINAL AND
BINDING WITHOUT EXCEPTION. IN RARE CASES TRACK OFFICIALS MAY INTERVENE.
3.
THESE RULES ARE NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. TRACK OFFICIALS WILL INTERPRET ANY
QUESTIONABLE AREAS.
4.
THE
DRIVER SHALL BE THE SOLE SPOKESMAN FOR HIS CAR OWNER AND PIT CREW IN ANY AND
ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE RACE. THE DRIVER ONLY SHALL TAKE PART IN ANY
ARBITRATION WITH THE TRACK OFFICIALS.
5.
SPECIAL EVENTS MAY BE GOVERNED BY DIFFERENT RULES AND RULE CHANGES.
6.
PROMOTER WILL HAVE THE FINAL SAY ON ALL DISCREPANCIES.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1.
ALL CARS, OWNERS AND DRIVERS MUST BE PROPERLY REGISTERED AND ALL FEES
PAID BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY RACE EVENT. THIS
INCLUDES CARS THAT PRIMARILY RACE AT ANOTHER FACILITY.
2.
REGISTRATION FEE FOR ALL CLASSES WILL BE $35. IMCA CLASSES WILL ALSO
HAVE TO REGISTER WITH IMCA.
3.
EACH CAR REGISTERED WILL BE ASSIGNED A NUMBER. ONLY ONE CAR WILL BE
REGISTERED WITH THE SAME NUMBER IN THE SAME CLASS. OWNERS/DRIVERS THAT RACED
THE PREVIOUS SEASON WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF RETAINING THEIR CURRENT NUMBER
UNTIL THE FIRST OF THE REGISTRATION SEASON.
4.
THE NUMBER “1” IS RESERVED FOR THE PREVIOUS SEASON’S POINT CHAMPION
IN EACH CLASS. ALL OTHER NUMBERS WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF TWO DIGITS IN LENGTH
(2-99). VISITING DRIVERS/CARS WILL BE EXEMPTED FROM THIS RULE AND WILL BE
ASSIGNED A NUMBER.
5.
ONCE A NUMBER IS REGISTERED, IT WILL REMAIN WITH THE OWNER/ DRIVER
WHO REGISTERED THE CAR FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON. IF THE CAR IS SOLD THE NEW
DRIVER/OWNER MUST RE-REGISTER THE CAR AND BE ASSIGNED A DIFFERENT NUMBER.
DRIVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEIR NUMBERS LEGIBLE. (SEE GENERAL TRACK
RULES)
6.
IN THE EVENT A CAR IS TOTALED AND THE REGISTERED OWNER/DRIVER GETS A
REPLACEMENT, THE OWNER/DRIVER WILL RETAIN HIS/HER ORIGINAL NUMBER AND ALL
POINTS.
7.
NUMBERS: ALL CARS WILL
BE NEATLY PAINTED AND NUMBERED. NUMBERING MUST BE OF CONTRASTING COLOR.
DOORS WILL BE MINIMUM 3” WIDE AND 21” HIGH. TOP NUMBER WILL BE MIN. 3” WIDE
AND 31” HIGH. EXTRA NUMBERS/LETTERS MUST BE 9” MINIMUM AND CANNOT OVERLAP
OTHER LETTERS/NUMBERS. NO OBSCENE REMARKS, SLOGANS, OR PICTURES WILL BE
ALLOWED ON ANY CARS.
NOTES:
RULES ON SAFETY AND CONSTRUCTION OF DIFFERENT RACECARS ARE COVERED IN THE
PERSPECTIVE CLASS RULES.

2. SAFETY EQUIPMENT: SFI APPROVED 5POINT SAFTEY BELTS, MINIMUM 3” LAP AND 3” SHOULDER. SHOULDER HARNESS MUST BE MOUNTED AT OR BELOW THE SHOULDER LEVEL. CROTCH STRAP MANDATORY SFI APPROVED. FIRE RESISTANT FIRE SUIT REQUIRED; HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE SNELL RATED SA2000 OR BETTER. NECK BRACE AND RACING SEAT REQUIRED. THE RACING SEAT MUST BE SECURED TO ROLL CAGE. DRIVERS EQUIPMENT MUST ACCOMPANY CAR AT TIME OF INSPECTION AND WORN AT ALL TIMES THE CAR IS ON THE TRACK EXCEPT DURING PACKING. TECHNICAL APPROVED DOOR WINDOW NET, DIAL TYPE FIRE EXTINGUISHER, AND FRONT WINDOW SCREEN IN FRONT OF DRIVER IS REQUIRED. ROLLBAR PADDING REQUIRED IN DRIVER COMPARTMENT. SFI APPROVED RACING GLOVES /SHOES REQUIRED.

REQUIRED. HALO MUST HAVE ONE CROSSBAR. A FULL FOUR POINT ROLL CAGE WITH A
MINIMUM OF THREE DRIVER SIDE DOOR BARS AND TWO PASSENGER SIDE DOOR BARS
REQUIRED. DOOR BARS MUST BE WELDED TO THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE ROLL CAGE
MEMBERS.
NO BRAZING OR
SOLDERING ALLOWED. FULL FRONT AND REAR HOOPS ARE RECOMMENDED. ADDITIONALLY,
EACH CAGE MUST HAVE A DASH BAR AND A MINIMUM OF TWO DOWN RIGHTS NOT LOWER
THAN 12” FROM THE TOP OF THE ROLL CAGE CORNERS EXTENDING DOWN AND BACK TO
THE FRAME FOR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT. ALL 90 DEGREE ANGLES MUST HAVE GUSSETS.

2. SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
Rules apply at all times car is on track. Snell-rated SA2000, SA2005, or
SA2010 helmet required. Roll bar padding required in driver compartment
(Fire
retardant recommended). SFI-approved full fire suit required.
Fire retardant gloves, shoes and neck brace (or head and neck restraint)
required. Right and left seat head supports required if using head restraint
system with no neck collar. Recommended: Fire retardant head sock and
underwear; collapsible steering shaft. Driver-side window net required,
minimum 16 inch by 20 inch ribbon or mesh style, and must be mounted to roll
cage so latch is at top front of window. Minimum three inch (two-inch with
head restraint system) wide SFI-approved five point safety belt assembly
required (Y-type shoulder harness not allowed), must be mounted securely to
roll cage, recommended to be no more than two years old. Kill switch
required within easy reach of driver and must be clearly marked ‘OFF’ and
‘ON’.

body other than rub rails. tUBING BUMPERS ALLOWED USING 1.5” od mAXIMUM.

Six-point, full perimeter roll cage required. Must use minimum 1.5 inch O.D.
with 0.095 inch wall thickness tubing. Rear hoop must have “X” bracing
configuration. Rear kickers required. Front brace bar from main halo to
front cowl is recommended. Forward brace bar allowed from main cage to

radio and air bags must be removed. Front and rear firewalls must remain and
have no holes. Interior must remain open.
9. SUSPENSION AND STEERING:
Rear wheels must track straight ahead and be in alignment with front wheels.
No more than 5 degrees camber on any wheel. No center steering. Quick
release steering wheel is allowed, must maintain OEM column.

computer (ECU) should be mounted in accessible location for inspection.
16. FUEL SYSTEM:
Must have complete, unaltered, OEM fuel system for year, make and model of
car used. Gasoline only. Gas tank ahead of rear axle allowed but must
install shield under it. Gas tank behind rear axle must be replaced with
maximum eight gallon fuel cell and relocated to trunk area. Must mount with
minimum two solid steel straps around entire cell two inches wide and 0.125 inchES THICK. METAL FIREWALL OR CELL COVER MUST BE BETWEEN DRIVER and cell.
Fuel cell vent, including cap vent, must have check valve. If racing fuel
cell does not have aircraft style positive seal filler neck/cap system - a
flapper, spring or ball type filler rollover valve is required. External
electric fuel pump wired to the ignition switch allowed with aftermarket
fuel cell. No cool cans. Fuel lines through driver compartment must be
steel. Aftermarket fresh air pipe and air filter allowed, but no ram air.
17. TRANSMISSION:
All forward and reverse gears must be operational. Flywheel, flexplate,
clutch assembly and torque converter must be unaltered. No transmission
coolers in driver compartment. No torque dividing
18. ENGINE COMPARTMENT:
Engine and radiator must be in OEM location for year, make and model of car
used. May use solid engine mounts or safety chains. No accumulators /accusumps.

V.I.N. must remain clearly visible & unaltered in at least one of the OEM
